Our Story

A Vision Planted

The roots of the City Revival Movement trace back to 2017. What began as a conviction to see underprivileged communities revived through purpose and mentorship has been carefully developed over years of prayer and planning. Today, we are moving from the vision stage into a season of intentional action. We are not just launching a ministry; we are building a foundation for lasting stability.

We are working toward a future where our community has access to holistic resources designed to empower the whole person. Our long-term goal is the establishment of:

  • The CRM Community Center: A sanctuary featuring a computer lab, job assistance center, daycare services, and a gym.
  • Empowerment Shelters: Facilities dedicated to providing personalized reintroduction plans for the unhoused, ensuring they have a clear path back into society.

This vision has not yet been built, and it cannot be built without you. At City Revival Movement, we believe that for a community to thrive, it must be the architect of its own future. We are intentionally choosing a community-funded model because:

  • Ownership Replaces Charity: When a community funds its own resources, every neighbor becomes a stakeholder in the success of the movement.
  • Direct Accountability: Relying on our community ensures we remain responsible to the people we serve, operating with sincerity and humility.
  • Sustainable Independence: Our goal is to rely as little as possible on outside grants or loans, ensuring the movement is truly built by the hands of those it serves.
We are not just launching a ministry; we are building a foundation. We believe that true, lasting change must be built by the community, for the community.
